Dr. Kubik supports our local educational system contributing funds, time, and supplies to our county’s high schools and grade schools arts, academic, and athletic programs.
Dr. Kubik supports our county’s youth athletic teams contributing funds, time, and supplies to our local little leagues, hockey teams, CABA, Babe Ruth, travel baseball, softball, soccer, volleyball, and basketball leagues.
Dr, Kubik supports our counties performing arts through donations to the Christian Youth Theater, the McHenry County Youth Orchestra, the Raue Center for the Arts, multiple Pageants, among others.
Dr. Kubik also supports many of his patients’ efforts in their youth ministry throughout the year.

Personal Interests
Dr. Kubik and his family live in Crystal Lake and are members of the Saint Thomas Parish in Crystal Lake. Dr. Kubik enjoys spending time with his family golfing, playing tennis, boating, hunting, fishing, biking, and reading. His two oldest children attend the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and his youngest son is in the Crystal Lake School system.
